You attract what you THINK you are - NOT what you WANT.

The Law of Attraction is a powerful universal principle that governs the way our thoughts, beliefs, and energy influence the circumstances and experiences we attract into our lives. At its core, the Law of Attraction teaches us that we attract not what we want, but what we are and most importantly what we think we are. In other words, our beliefs about ourselves and the world around us shape the energetic field we emit, which then draws similar circumstances, people, and opportunities into our lives.

 

One of the key aspects of understanding the Law of Attraction is recognizing that all beliefs we hold about ourselves create an energetic field that surrounds us. This field acts as a powerful magnet, drawing in experiences, relationships, and outcomes that align with our dominant thoughts and beliefs. If we believe ourselves to be unworthy of success, love, or abundance, our energetic field will reflect that belief and attract circumstances that confirm and reinforce it.

 

If we want to manifest a dream or desire in our lives, the first step is to examine our beliefs and thought patterns surrounding that particular goal. If our beliefs are not in alignment with the reality we wish to create, we must work to transform those limiting beliefs into empowering ones that match the frequency of our dreams. By shifting our beliefs and thoughts to align with our desires, we can raise our energetic vibration and attract the experiences and opportunities that will help us manifest our goals. That’s why the law of vibration is prior to The Law of Attraction.

 

For example, if someone desires to attract a loving and supportive relationship into their life, they must first identify any limiting beliefs they hold about themselves or their relationships. These beliefs could include thoughts such as "I am unworthy of love," "All relationships end in heartbreak," or "I don't deserve to be happy" By bringing these beliefs to light, we can begin the process of transforming them into empowering beliefs that support their desire for a healthy and fulfilling relationship."

To change our beliefs and align our energy with our desires, we can use tools such as affirmations, visualization, journaling, and meditation. However, most importantly, we need to heal the root wound within ourselves that is attached to that particular limiting belief. That’s why inner child healing is fundamental for clearing all your wounds and limiting beliefs, allowing you to align with your authentic self. Your authentic self is already worthy of everything and anything you desire. It's about letting go of everything that is blocking you from being where you want to be and, most importantly, being at peace with the way we are now. We need to realise that nothing is wrong with you and that all these worries and fears are just our thoughts. The meaning we assign to things, events, and situations is what causes inner turmoil and suffering.

 

It is important to remember that the Law of Attraction is always at work, whether we are consciously aware of it or not. By taking the time to examine our beliefs, thoughts, and energy, we can begin to harness the power of this universal principle to create the life we truly desire. By aligning our beliefs with our dreams and transforming any limiting beliefs that stand in the way, we can manifest the reality we desire and attract the fulfilment, abundance, and joy we seek.
